1. Subscriptions Purchased on Our Website

Purchases made on our website are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Stripe, or Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record where applicable). Refunds for those purchases are issued through the same payment processor used at checkout.

2. Purchases Made Through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and refunds are governed by their policies:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for past charges outside the windows described above.

AMsummary Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom where applicable.
