Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions Purchased on Our Website

• Initial charge: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, for any reason.
• Renewals: If a subscription renews and you did not intend to continue, you may request a full refund of that renewal charge within 7 days of the charge date.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Purchases made on our website are processed securely by our payment partners (such as Stripe, or Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record where applicable). Refunds for those purchases are issued through the same payment processor used at checkout.

2. Purchases Made Through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and refunds are governed by their policies:

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history or at Google Play support.

We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google, but if you run into trouble, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at soporte@amsummary.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Include the word "Refund" in the subject line and, if possible, your purchase receipt or the date of the charge.
• We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for past charges outside the windows described above.

5. Free Plan

AMsummary does not offer a free trial. Instead, there is a free plan that includes 10 AI summaries, 5 Studio generations and 15 messages with Lía, and you can use it without a payment method. That allowance is one-time and does not renew.

• Once the free allowance is used up, the app stops generating new summaries until you subscribe; running out does not trigger any charge.
• The free plan does not require a payment method: you are only charged if you choose to subscribe.
• If you subscribe and change your mind, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first charge. Contact us and we'll refund it in full.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom where applicable.
