By downloading, installing, or using the AMsummary mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
By accessing or using AMsummary, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AMsummary is an AI-powered mobile application that records audio, generates transcriptions, and produces AI-generated summaries, key points, and action items. The service is available in 12 languages.
You are solely responsible for:
AMsummary and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by AMsummary and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain all rights to your own recordings and the transcripts/summaries generated from them.
AMsummary is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcription accuracy will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes and should be verified for accuracy.
No professional advice. AMsummary is not a medical device and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice or diagnoses. Context templates (such as those for a medical visit, legal case, or financial review) only help you organize the notes you yourself recorded; they do not generate diagnoses, treatment, dosages, or professional recommendations. Always consult a qualified professional before making any health, legal, or financial decision. You are responsible for verifying any information produced by the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMsummary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate transcriptions, data loss, or unauthorized recordings.
Your use of AMsummary is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AMsummary at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
